Frequently Asked Questions

Which brokers and platforms are supported for CSV import?
TradeVault Pro supports 15+ brokers and platforms including Tradovate, NinjaTrader 8, Rithmic, TradeStation, Thinkorswim, Interactive Brokers, MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, Bybit, Binance, Robinhood, Webull, Tastytrade, cTrader, and ProjectX. CSV import is a paid feature. Don't see your broker? Use the Request a Broker tool inside the app.
How do I import trades from Tradovate?
In Tradovate: click your account name → gear icon → Account Reports → Orders tab → select your date range → click Download Report. Then in TradeVault Pro click Import CSV in the top bar and select Tradovate.
How do I import trades from NinjaTrader?
In NinjaTrader: Control Center → New → Trade Performance → select your account and date range → click the Trades tab (not Executions) → right-click → Export → To CSV. Then import via TradeVault Pro's CSV importer.
Can I use TradeVault Pro for my prop firm account?
Yes. TradeVault Pro supports multiple accounts so you can track your funded account, evaluation, and personal account separately — each with full analytics.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — TradeVault Pro has a free tier with no expiration date and no credit card required. Free users get access to the core journaling and TradingView charting tools. Advanced analytics, CSV import, Trading Score, Playbook and Daily Review are available on the paid plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing inside the app. You can cancel anytime — you keep full access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the free tier.
Is my trading data private and secure?
Yes. Your data is protected by row-level security — only your authenticated session can access your trades. Even our team cannot read your data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account and data?
Use the contact form above or email support [at] tradevaultpro.app with your deletion request. All your personal data and trading data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
