What brokers are supported for CSV import?
We support 15+ brokers and platforms via CSV import — covering futures, forex, stocks, crypto, and prop firm platforms. The full list with step-by-step export instructions is shown directly inside the importer. Don't see yours? Use the Request a Broker page to submit your CSV and we'll add it.
Is my trading data safe and private?
Yes. Your data is stored securely in a cloud database with row-level security — meaning only you can ever access your trades, even our team cannot. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Can I use TradeVault Pro for my prop firm account?
Absolutely. TradeVault Pro supports multiple accounts so you can track your funded account, evaluation account, and personal account separately — each with their own analytics and balance tracking.
Do I need to enter trades manually?
No. You can import your full trade history via CSV from 15+ supported brokers and platforms. You can also log trades manually or directly from the Live Charts view — whichever fits your workflow.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime with no questions asked. Your data remains accessible and you keep access until the end of your billing period. No hidden fees or cancellation penalties.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — free forever, no credit card required, no expiration date. Free users can log up to 25 trades and access: Live TradingView charts, basic dashboard (P&L, win rate, equity curve), trade calendar, and multiple account tracking. Analytics, CSV import, Trading Score, Playbook, and Daily Review are paid-only features. Upgrade to Pro ($19.99/mo) to unlock everything with unlimited trades.
What markets can I journal?
TradeVault Pro supports all major markets — Futures (ES, NQ, CL, GC and more), Forex, Stocks, Crypto, and Options. Micro and mini contracts (MES, MNQ, MYM, etc.) are fully supported with the correct multipliers so your P&L is always accurate.
What is the Trading Score?
The Trading Score is a 0–1000 rating that measures your overall performance across 6 components: Win Rate, Profit Factor, Average R-Multiple, Discipline (from your daily reviews), Consistency, and Journal Streak. It gives you a single number to track your growth over time, with tiers from Developing all the way to Professional.
Can I use TradeVault Pro on mobile?
Yes. TradeVault Pro is fully responsive and works on any device through your mobile browser — no app download required. Log trades, check your dashboard, and review your performance on the go.
How do I delete my account and data?
Use the contact form above or email support [at] tradevaultpro.app with your deletion request. All your personal data and trading data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
