Your data is stored in a secure cloud database provided by Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure. We enforce row-level security (RLS) on all tables — this means your trading data is cryptographically isolated so that only your authenticated session can access it. Not other users, and not our team.
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS and encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is strictly limited and logged.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with the following service providers, strictly to operate the service:

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, all your personal data and trading data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems within 30 days.
Your data may be processed on servers located in the United States (AWS, Supabase). These transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, ensuring adequate protection of your data.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TradeVault Pro ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the service at tradevaultpro.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
TradeVault Pro is a professional trading journal SaaS application that enables traders to log trades, analyse performance metrics, manage multiple trading accounts, and build trading habits through journaling tools. The service is provided "as is" and is accessible via web browser at tradevaultpro.app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use TradeVault Pro. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support [at] tradevaultpro.app if you suspect any unauthorized use.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue accessing the service. Your trial data is preserved when you subscribe.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
You retain full ownership of all trading data, notes, and content you input into TradeVault Pro. We claim no rights over your trading data. You can export your complete data at any time via Settings → Export JSON.
TradeVault Pro's software, design, brand, and codebase are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without explicit written permission.
TradeVault Pro is strictly a journaling and analytics tool. Nothing in this service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or trading signals of any kind.
Performance data, statistics, and metrics displayed in the application reflect only your own historical trades and are provided for informational purposes only. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making trading or investment decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeVault Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support [at] tradevaultpro.app. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently erased within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

In Tradovate: click your account name → gear icon → Account Reports → Orders tab → select your date range → click Download Report. Then in TradeVault Pro click Import CSV in the top bar and select Tradovate.
In NinjaTrader: Control Center → New → Trade Performance → select your account and date range → click the Trades tab (not Executions) → right-click → Export → To CSV. Then import via TradeVault Pro's CSV importer.
Yes. TradeVault Pro supports multiple accounts so you can track your funded account, evaluation, and personal account separately — each with full analytics.
Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing. You can cancel anytime — you keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
